NYHCPS has completed approximately one third of Rural Grove Cemetery cleanup. The cemetery is approximately 5 acres; however, the actual used space is close to 2.5 acres. We will begin again in the spring.
Cleanup included raking leaves, dead tree removal, brush removal and flagging of headstones.
Over the winter months we will be planning our approach and conducting fundraisers to help us pay for materials and equipment costs for cleanup.
